Quick Dish: Tomato and Corn Risotto
In the kitchen this week we had lots of local corn, tomato, and zucchini, which we put to good use with this creamy risotto recipe we found on Quick Dish, from The Girl Who Ate Everything. P.S. It was even better with a little crumbled feta thrown in. (Isn't everything, though?)
