Nom Tong Nuyen is a typical dessert from Cambodia. This is not the type of sweet you'd commonly buy at a pastry shop. It is instead very common in street stalls. Sometimes it is made fresh, but most often it comes already packed. It resembles a waffle cone (like those used for ice cream), but it's crispier and made with coconut milk.
