Indonesian veggies salad that is ideal for either breakfast or lunch. This healthy dish consists of raw or lighlty cooked veggies as cabbage, lettuce, bean sprouts, and sliced cucumbers. A half of boiled egg and potatoes are also included. The best part, though, is the peanut sauce that 'floods' the veggies! Crackers perfect this delicious dish.
