Gyu don (beef bowl) is a common fast-food dish found all over Japan. This, however, is the fancy version with barbecued steak and a soft-boiled egg. Yukarikan not only has a restaurant, but also a ryokan (inn) and an onsen (hot springs spa) located along the Susa River in picturesque Sada, a town near Izumo.
