Mimigaa (Pigs' Ears)

Mimigaa (pigs' ears) is a traditional food in Okinawa. Okinawan food is prepared differently from Japanese cooking, and it's very popular throughout the rest of Japan. This is the best Okinawan restaurant I've yet to find on Honshu. The large portions are a plus. The mimigaa basically taste like bacon. Prepared perfectly, they're not chewy.
