Okonomiyaki is a Japanese pancake served in Hiroshima and cooked on your table. Choice of fillings include shrimp, pork, squid, etc. Recommended as the best shop in the city, it was tiny, had no air conditioning, the line stretched around the block, and the hour+ wait was 100% worth it! Look for its blue awning in the maze of streets near Hondori.
