Th Khem Khong Luang Prabang, Louangphabang, Laos
Laap salads consist of minced meat mixed with finely chopped herbs (particularly coriander) and chili. Usually they come with a garnish of lettuce and a side of steamed rice. I had the chicken laap at Big Tree Cafe on the Mekong River in LPB. Yum.
