OK. You have a runny egg baked in this crepe thing. Then over the egg, you put the dahl curry, then the spicy onions and tomatoes and then finally the coconut sambal. Then you either eat away or you dunk the string hoppers (rice noodles) into your spicy curry yoke magic. This is one of my favorite things to eat on the planet. ever.
