Southbrook is an organic, biodynamic vineyard in Niagara-on-the-Lake, part of the wonderful wine region near Niagara Falls. The day I went, the vineyard was offering free hourlong tasting tours in the actual vineyard--really cool. Pictured is the excellent Chardonnay.
