Quebec Cheese

Submitted by eblech
The Black Thorn
15 Clarence Street, Ottawa, Canada

Ottawa sits on the border with Quebec, and Quebec is well known for its cheese. We sampled a plate of local cheeses and meats at the Black Thorn, a tavern in the ByWard Market, over a couple of ales. A good time was had by all. Oh and the cheese was creamy and delicious too.
