Fried Flying Fish is traditional in Barbados & found in many restaurants. (Also at Oistins Fish Fry on Fridays.) It is the "national fish". Macaroni pie is a Caribbean-wide dish very similar to that found elsewhere but often with additions such as tomato ketchup. Also on the plate (aside from salads) is fried plantain. All traditional & delicious!
