Another one of the adventurous tastes that you can find in Reykjavik and this one is also from the excellent Laekjarbrekka. The puffin is smoked yet still retains a bit of a fishy flavor with the consistency of a tender piece of steak. This is a nice appetizer with the cranberry sauce as a nice accompaniment.
