This place makes the best panini's in Florence. For just 3.50 euro you can choose your own combination of fresh ingredients -- my favorite is grilled eggplant, Brie cheese, and artichoke spread. They slice the bread, cheese, and meats right in front of you then heat it up. It's the type of food that you can tell was purchased fresh from the market.
