A sausage invented by the Jews in Portugal who wanted to "pretend" to eat pork, due to religion pressure. This sausage look-alike is actually stuffed with game meat. Chicken, veal, rabbit and sometimes quail, shaped with bread. It's heavy, rich and fulfilling - a must try when it comes to Portuguese charcuterie!
