In Leon, Spain, a local tradition is to head out to the neighborhood bars for cortos (small beers) in the evening. With each reasonably priced drink (usually around 1 euro), bar goers are given a free tapa; in this case, we enjoyed patatas alioli, or potatoes with a garlic flavored mayonnaise.
