Café De Prins
Prinsengracht 124, 1015 EA Amsterdam, Netherlands

A traditional borrelhapje, or snack to be had with beer, these are little crispy round croquettes filled with a beef ragout and served with sharp mustard. Found commonly at the brown cafes of Amsterdam, and De Prins was our favorite!
