Although Brazil is not known for its cheese, cheese from Minas Gerais, when it's good, is fantastic. At this fair in the historic town of Cachoeira, in the Recôncavo da Bahia, vendors sell queijo de Minas (the neighboring state of Minas Gerais) at the weekly fair. Wash that down with some local licor de jenipapo, also sold here.
