I have been passing this row of taco trucks for years as I drive along Rte 95 in New Haven. They seem to have become something of a roadside institution. Finally we stopped and sampled four fresh, delicious tacos--the best being al pastor and beef lengua (tongue). They were heavy on the cilantro and hot sauce (red & green), just how I like it. A great place to break from the road and fill up the stomach.
