To get out of New York, you really only need to get out of *your* New York... My friend Tiffany had a gift certificate to Le Caprice, $250, and neither of us wanted to blow it on wine. So along with a few other dishes, we ordered the $90 champagne risotto with alba truffles to share. My first whiff, my eyes rolled. My second whiff, plate held up to my face, I literally teared up, I was so happy. I wouldn't want to live like that *every* day, because you'd forget how to really experience something like that. But for one day, oh, I **Traveled**
