Matzo ball soup

Submitted by thefoodiemiles
Katz's Delicatessen
205 E Houston Street, New York

"If the soup weren’t surrounding it, this matzo ball would float away!" Matzo ball is unleavened bread. It’s made with matzo meal and eggs and oil are used as binder. The balls are then simmered for about 30 minutes until they float on the surface. The chicken bouillon is very rich and you will feel full after finishing this bowl.
