Paczki

Submitted by skolich
Northside Bakery
149 North 9th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11249

My first time trying a Paczki, essentially a Polish doughnut with various filling and toppings. I ordered two and my favorite was the custard-filled chocolate. The other was powdered with a rose-flavored jelly which I wasn't in love with. The bakery is located in the north side of Williamsburg just south of the Greenpoint border, which is known for its Polish community and history.
