Look for the sign outside that says TAWA and come right into this legit hole-in-the-wall to experience some of the best Himalayan cooking in the hood (as well as treat yourself to some freshly made Indian breads in the back). All the dishes are great, but this one is certainly unique. A Nepalese chaat (or snack food), that kids back home eat on the streets. It is a dry package of ramen with a ton of spices mixed with red onion, garlic, garlic scapes, and green chili. Spicy and delicious.

mixed with red onions, tomatoes, raw garlic, garlic scapes, plenty of green chilies and a heaping spoonful of red chili powder. - See more at: http://realcheapeats.com/nyc/2013/dhaulagiri-kitchen-sandheko-waiwai-jackson-heights-queens-ny/#sthash.rnI2mCAv.dpuf
