Watercress salad

This Thai institution has long been considered the best Thai food in NYC. Recently, as many Thai's have moved to nearby Elmhurst, the area has new alternatives that are just as good. However, it still a destination and this dish may be their best. They beautifully fry Chinese watercress and add some peanuts for crunch. The side of seafood is spicy and fresh. Eat this out in the garden in the summer- you will not be disappointed and it will be well worth the wait at the door.
