Quintessentially Taiwanese 'snow ice' - like shave ice but much finer (think the consistency of new powder snow) and made with almond milk (other popular variants include snow ice made of mango juice or just sweetened milk). Here a sizeable drift conceals almond tofu - a popular jelly dessert (contains no actual tofu) made of almond extract.
