Marinated ground pork braised and served on rice. Simple, satisfying and delicious. In 2011, Michelin Green Guide stated that the dish originated in Shandong Province, China and people were so incensed the Taipei government started a 'Lu Rou Fan is ours campaign'...so...seek one out - a good dish of pork rice is a big deal here!
