A meal neatly packed in a box - these are particularly associated with train travel but popular meals to go throughout Taiwan. Generally involves rice, a vegetable dish (almost always cabbage), some slices of sausage variants - meat and tofu, a piece of pickle, a hefty slice of ginger and a piece of meat or fish - I went for breaded pork cutlet.
