Pearl milk tea

Taiwan's most famous invention? There must be a strong argument for it. Pearl or bubble tea probably needs no explanation and is available all over. The classic is milk tea with tapioca pearls but variations include all sorts of teas, juices or iced cocoa with herbal/coconut/coffee jelly, caramel or milk pudding, or even a scoop of ice cream!
