Hot breakfast is important here and breakfast stores can be spotted everywhere (if they look like they're selling hamburgers at 8am, it's breakfast!) This place is strictly traditional though - a bowl of warm soy milk, dan bing (egg fried in thin pancakes, topped with brown sauce) and a doughy green onion roll, sliced and stuffed with fried egg.
