The history of rice in Valencia is very old and take its originis from the Arab conquest in Spain. The most famous dish of rice is probably paella, but there are many different ways to taste this peculiar ingredient, like this soupy rice with prawns. I will never forget its velvety taste, quite spicy. Nice memory!
